Privacy Policy

• Photos you upload. Images you submit for erasing are sent to our AI processing provider to produce the edited result. They are not used to train any model and are not shared with anyone else.
• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google to create and manage your account.
• Usage information. We log your IP address to enforce the daily free limit (3 free manual + 3 free AI auto erases per day for anonymous visitors), and count erases and credits for signed-in accounts.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive your email, plan details, and payment status from Stripe.
• Local storage. We keep a small amount of data in your browser (such as your login session) to make the site work. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

We use the information above only to operate the service: processing your erase requests, enforcing free limits, managing your account and credits, handling payments, and keeping the site secure (rate limiting and abuse prevention). We do not sell your personal information.

• Supabase — authentication and account database.
• Replicate — AI image processing (inpainting).
• Stripe — checkout and subscription payments.
• Google — the "Sign in with Google" option, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy and contract with us.

Uploaded images are processed in real time to return your result and are not kept in a personal gallery. Account records (email, credit balance, order history) are kept while your account is active. Anonymous rate-limit records store only a hashed IP reference and expire automatically.

You may use the site without an account. If you have one, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@magicremover.app. Deleting your account removes your email, credit balance, and order records. Payments already made are not refundable by deletion.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above.
