Terms of Service

MagicRemover is an AI photo editing tool that removes objects, people, text, watermarks, logos, and stickers from images. The Service is provided as-is; AI results may be imperfect and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

You may use the Service without an account, subject to a daily free limit. Signing in with Google creates an account that carries your free daily allowance and purchased credits. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

• A manual erase and an AI auto erase (where the service detects the target for you) each cost 2 credits; a V2 HD erase costs 3, 8, or 20 credits depending on the chosen resolution (Fast, Balanced, or Quality). Prices and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription credits are granted monthly and expire when the next billing period's credits are granted. One-time credit packs never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable. If a purchase fails to deliver its credits, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• process images you have no right to use, or that infringe others' rights;
• create misleading, defamatory, or unlawful imagery;
• remove watermarks or marks from images you are not licensed to edit;
• scrape, automate, or overload the Service, or circumvent rate limits or payments.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You remain solely responsible for the images you upload and the results you create.

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You receive the edited results as outputs of the Service and may use them as you see fit, subject to the Acceptable use section. The Service itself — including its code, design, and brand — belongs to us and is licensed to you only for personal or business use of the editing features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may terminate access for violation of these Terms.
